WHITBY, ON –/COMMUNITYWIRE/– About 300 full-time municipal workers in the Town of Whitby have been on strike since October 14 over scheduling and hours. Today, they’re joined by CUPE National President, Mark Hancock, and CUPE Ontario President, Fred Hahn, for a rally kicking off escalating actions.
