GUELPH, ON –/COMMUNITYWIRE/– After months of bargaining for a new contract, community members from across Wellington County will show their support for CUPE 4392 workers over the weekend at two events in Guelph and Elora.
Developmental service workers play a vital role in their communities. While CUPE 4392 members have been fighting for greater investments in services and workers, Community Living Guelph Wellington has threatened further cuts that will harm the community. These events come just days before the two groups return for their final scheduled conciliation dates.
