KINGSTON, ON –/COMMUNITYWIRE/– Kingston media are invited to a media conference tomorrow (January 21) with Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) staff and union leaders to discuss pandemic-related morale, stress and isolation pay issues.

The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) 1974 represents about 2,000 nurses, personal support workers, trades, housekeeping and administrative staff at KHSC.

CUPE 1974 president Barb DeRoche and CUPE’s Ontario Council of Hospital Unions (OCHU/CUPE) president Michael Hurley will brief media at 11 a.m.
